RPG Club Spotlight

Roll for initiative! Draw a card! Move your pieces!

If you are looking for a place to play board games, card games, or roleplaying games, then the RPG Club is the place to be. The RPG Club runs open game days every other weekend in the MSC Cedar/Maple room. They are from 11am to 11pm Saturday and Sunday.

I have gone a couple of times myself and had an absolute blast! The people there are incredibly friendly and there is always a wide selection of games going on throughout the day. Some people enjoy running roleplaying games such as Dungeons and Dragons or Call of Cthulhu, while others prefer games such as the card game BANG! or the board game Betrayal at House on the Hill.

People in the club love to teach others how to play a new game, so if you don’t know how to play a certain game, feel free to hop in and try it! The club has a lot of games in their library for anybody at the game day to try and often people will bring games they’ve wanted to play with them to try with people.

If you have a game you’ve been dying to play but can’t find people to play with, come to the game day and you are bound to find some people who will be interested in trying it out with you. Twelve hours a day is a long time, and you certainly don’t have to stay the whole time if you don’t want to. RPG Club’s game days are a drop-in drop-out event where you can come and go as you please. Been busy with some tough homework or need a break from your paper? Come on down the game day! The next game day is this following weekend Saturday November 11th and Sunday November 12th.
